Ashvinder Fagura is the Founding Partner of Walnut Knolls Capital, where he leads investment strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio operations. Over the past decade, Ashvinder has served as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Strategy at some of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies, including Databricks, Roller, and Campaign Monitor. He helped scale global go-to-market operations, build high-performance teams, and execute data-driven growth strategies that now inform his disciplined approach to real estate investing.
He holds a degree in Managerial Economics and Journalism from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Ashvinder brings analytical rigor and operational discipline to every acquisition.
At Walnut Knolls Capital, he applies a fundamentals-based investment philosophy focused on acquiring well-located residential and small multifamily properties across California. His approach emphasizes operational efficiency, alignment of interests with investors, and a commitment to consistent cash flow and long-term equity growth.
Ashvinder lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his family and enjoys exploring California’s architecture, small-town neighborhoods, and multifamily markets.

Deepa Gosal is the Director of Real Estate Operations at Walnut Knolls Capital, where she oversees day-to-day property management, vendor relationships, leasing operations, and construction coordination across the firm's residential and multifamily portfolio. She brings a rare combination of operational discipline, people-first leadership, and meticulous attention to detail to every aspect of the firm's properties.
Deepa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, a Master of Education in Literacy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Teaching Credential in Mild to Moderate Disabilities from California State University, Sacramento. She spent over fifteen years as an Educational Therapist working with students and families across the San Francisco Bay Area — an experience defined by systems thinking, stakeholder accountability, and driving outcomes through structure and consistency. Those same principles guide how she manages Walnut Knolls Capital's operations.
At Walnut Knolls Capital, Deepa manages all aspects of the firm's property portfolio including tenant relations, leasing and lease renewals, contractor oversight, capital improvement projects, and financial administration. She leads ongoing construction coordination at the firm's active development project in Davis, California, and maintains direct relationships with the firm's property management partners, legal vendors, and service providers. Her approach is defined by responsiveness, rigor, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high-quality properties for residents and long-term value for the portfolio.
