Over the past decade, Ashvinder has served as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Strategy at some of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies, including Databricks, Roller, and Campaign Monitor. He helped scale global go-to-market operations, build high-performance teams, and execute data-driven growth strategies that now inform his disciplined approach to real estate investing.

He holds a degree in Managerial Economics and Journalism from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. Ashvinder brings analytical rigor and operational discipline to every acquisition.
